- Are we on the same wavelength? Immediately after the interview, we start looking for the appropriate candidate. We will of course also advertise the job opening widely through our network (e.g. on job boards and LinkedIn) and our database of qualified sales professionals.
- Potential candidates are first interviewed by telephone by one of our experienced consultants. If the outcome is positive, we invite the candidate to our office (in some cases, an online interview is conducted as an alternative).
- If we believe the candidate is a good match, we send the CV together with a profile of the candidate to the client.
- Does the candidate prove to be a good fit for the organisation? Then our joint mission is accomplished!
- An invoice will only be submitted when you have concluded an agreement with the candidate. No cure, no pay!
