In order to select key players, it is sometimes recommended to conduct a psychological test or assessment. Such research can be used to examine whether certain qualities such as leadership, analytical skills, or personality are present.

Executive search requires different qualities and knowledge than conducting assessments. In addition, we think it is best to not conduct assessments created by the party that has selected the candidate, because a conflict of interests may arise here. Our advice to our clients is therefore to have assessments conducted by an independent expert.



Not all clients have the time or experience to coach or develop senior salespeople or sales managers.
