Are we on the same wavelength? Immediately after the interview, we start looking for the right candidate. We (re)write the vacancy texts, draw up pitches and determine our search strategy. Naturally, we also advertise the vacancy widely through our network (including job boards and LinkedIn) and our database of qualified sales professionals.

Potential candidates first receive a telephone interview with one of our experienced consultants. If the outcome is positive, we invite the candidate to our office (in some cases, an online interview is an alternative).

If we think the candidate is a good match, we will send the CV along with a profile of the candidate to the client.

Do client and candidate remain confident about each other after meeting and enter into an agreement together? Then our joint mission is successful and only then will you receive an invoice.

After placement, we keep in touch and evaluate the process and performance of the candidate.
