Our story
A growing family
Home of Recruitment was founded in 2022 following a strategic rebrand. Salesrecruiters, established in 2007 and the market leader in sales recruitment, became part of the group, followed by the launch of Marketingrecruiters later that year. Home of Recruitment is built to grow, with the ambition to expand into additional specialist recruitment markets.
Today, nearly 50 professionals work across the Home of Recruitment brands from our offices in Zoetermeer and Schiphol-Rijk.
Since the end of 2023, Home of Recruitment has been part of Select Group, following the acquisition of a majority stake. This partnership strengthens Select Group’s position in the Dutch recruitment market while supporting the continued growth of Home of Recruitment.
We have received the FD Gazellen Award for ‘Fastest Growing Company of the Netherlands’ no less than five times, and LinkedIn named Salesrecruiters as a finalist in the category of ‘Best Recruitment & Selection Agency of the Netherlands’.
