FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR EMPLOYERS<\/h3><\/div>

DO YOU WORK AT A NATIONAL LEVEL?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>
Yes, from our two offices, we find salespeople in every corner of the country. Generally, the interviews simply take place at our office, although we sometimes schedule sessions at other locations or through Teams.<\/div>

DO YOU WORK ON A NO CURE NO PAY BASIS?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>
In principle, yes. The invoice will then follow only when our client has reached an agreement with our candidate.<\/div>

DO YOU WORK EXCLUSIVELY?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>
We do not make exclusivity a condition, although exclusivity can be beneficial to both our client and ourselves. For example, without exclusivity, we cannot mention our client’s name, which means the impact of the ad may be slightly less and the client misses out on the so-called \u201cemployer branding exposure\u201d.<\/div>

WHAT INDUSTRIES DO YOU WORK IN?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>
In every industry, you name it. ICT, media, (Fin & High-)Tech, industry, consultancy, healthcare, engineering, FMCG, retail, construction, logistics, hospitality, automotive, energy, telecom, finance, facilities. They are all equally dear to us, we are successful in all industries.<\/div>

DO YOU ALSO MEDIATE HIGHER-LEVEL POSITIONS?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>
Yes, we mediate all commercial positions, from telephone or showroom salesperson to (key) account manager to Sales Manager to CCO. For the higher-level positions, we deploy our Senior Recruiters or Managing Consultants, and for management and C-level, the Founders are available as Consultants.<\/div>

DO YOU ALSO DO SECONDMENT?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>

CAN I REGISTER WITH YOU OR SEND AN OPEN APPLICATION?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>
Yes, you can. Your details will then be included in our database and a consultant can find a match between you and a specific vacancy. But we encourage you to respond to specific job openings in a targeted manner. That way, you don’t depend on the match a consultant makes; you stay in control. In addition, you can then also tailor your \u201cpitch\u201d to the job in question, which is always better than a general response.<\/div>

CAN I ALSO HAVE AN ORIENTATION MEETING WITH A CONSULTANT?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>
We work based on actual vacancies where we then look for the perfect match for our clients. This approach is better suited to inviting candidates so that we can immediately discuss the specific requirements and challenges of that particular vacancy. The candidate can then prepare for this in a targeted way. For these reasons, we prefer not to engage in orientation interviews.<\/div>

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU RESPOND TO A JOB APPLICATION?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>
We strive to respond to everyone within five business days.<\/div>

CAN YOU SEND EVERYONE A PERSONALLY SUBSTANTIATED REJECTION?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>
No, that is not possible. You have to imagine that a consultant receives an average of 20 applications per day. There are too few hours in a day to personally explain to all these people why they are ineligible. Often, though, you can see for yourself where things probably went wrong if you take a second look at the job requirements. We are also very critical when it comes to average length of employment and career progression.<\/div>

WHAT WILL BE DONE WITH MY RESUME?<\/i><\/span><\/h3>
We will save your resume in our database. We ask your permission for this in the e-mail we send you.
