Salesrecruiters is known for being extremely critical. This starts with the screening of résumés and the first telephone calls. The small percentage of applicants who are invited to meet with us in person, should prepare for an intensive interview. We will find out what we can about their personalities, competencies, talents, track record, motivation and ambition.

These interviews are characterised by profundity, genuine interest, a personal but direct approach, and, where necessary, confrontation. But we always stay valuable and respectful.

Together with our clients, we will determine at which point we will check the candidates’ references.
