During a personal interview we put ourselves in our clients’ shoes. We acquire in-depth knowledge about the company and the required competencies. We want to know everything: Soft and hard requirements, targets, the sales funnel, personal preferences of the managers, and the conditions of employment.

Only then will we be able to find the candidates with the best possible fit.
But we also approach the vacancy from the candidates’ perspective; What makes working for this client great? This enables us to write attractive recruitment texts and both convincingly approach the right candidates and answer all of their questions.
